As we find ourselves halfway through 2023, it’s important to take a moment to stop and look back on the year so far. 

It has undoubtedly been a year of intense activity, filled with accomplishments and growth – but now, it’s time for a well-deserved pause, a moment of reflection, and an opportunity to celebrate all that we have achieved so far. Here’s the Cleva (mid-way) 2023 recap!

Cleva for local authorities

We’re branching out! Not only do we now serve care agencies, residential care homes, legal teams and housing associations, but we have now signed our first local authority. This is a huge accomplishment for both team Cleva and our brand, as we showcase the power of our product and help manage vulnerable user payments, in a brand new sector.

Not with Cleva – We’re thrilled to announce we have the 3 top UK care agency franchises now using Cleva. Thank you for helping us grow our business with your positive words to other franchises across the UK. Your recommendations are a true testament to how much you enjoy using Cleva and the difference we are making for both your business and the vulnerable users in your care. We couldn’t do it without you!

New in-house expert

As some of you may have already heard through the grapevine, we’re delighted to welcome Sarah King as a new member of team Cleva. Sarah joins us from the Homecare Association, and has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the care sector. For the last 20 years she has worked to engage and manage relationships with multiple organisations of varying sizes – Welcome Sarah!

Looking Ahead

As we take this moment to celebrate and reflect, we also look forward to what the rest of 2023 holds for us. With new feature releases, the launch of our highly requested consumer product (yes, you heard it here first) and, as always, our commitment to continue producing a product and brand that helps you all do what you do best – caring.
