Head of Care Partnerships
Aidan has worked for over 20 years in the care sector, creating and promoting a number of Age-tech products and adult Safeguarding services. His passion for the financial safety of older and vulnerable adults stems from his own experiences, when his parents started to struggle with shopping and handling money in their twilight years.

Sam Kelly
Head of Customer Experience
Sam has over 15 years experience in fintech, working across issuing, acquiring and card program management. In addition to her financial background, Sam also has a wealth of care sector experience: she previously worked for the CQC leading a team in the inspections department, supporting inspectors in the field with AQAAs and Safeguarding Reporting.

Tom’s 20-year career has seen him build and market products from startups to huge brands like KFC. Tom is hyper focussed on the financial needs of vulnerable users, and the risk of leaving these groups behind in the move towards digital payments. He is incredibly proud of the teams at Osper and Cleva and how they are solving these challenges.

Bo has nearly 20 years experience with financial brands. Previously as a director of Credit Suisse and prior to this as an analyst for the likes of Morgan Stanley and Salomon Brothers.
