Hodge Jones and Allen discussed with Cleva the need for a system to help manage how they, and the clients in their care, spend money.
Previously, relying on cash which was hard to manage, difficult to track and time-consuming to reconcile. Traditional bank accounts also created problems due to rigid enrolment processes and the need for documentation from their clients. It made on-boarding new users and managing the spending needs of existing users very difficult.
By working with Cleva, these issues are solved. Each vulnerable user now has a Cleva wallet and Hodge Jones and Allen have complete visibility of all spending, as well as real-time information on account balances. Cleva cards are also used by the vulnerable users’ care teams, which ensures spending is tracked correctly and recorded automatically.
